I have spent the last few hours researching and I came across a few head-fi threads and recommendations so I have joined. I would like to get some recommendations to help me choose a set of headphones. My main headphones at the moment are Marshall's Major and I only use them when I am out on the bus playing music on my phone. The problem with these is that the head band part is bent in a few place due to its flimsy soft construction and poor care ha. Also I feel that the headphones have a bit to much leak which is a problem I would like to solve otherwise I would just buy a new pair. This is what I am after:

Portability:
In terms of portability I would prefer a relatively small headphone frame, similar to the Marshall's perhaps, usually my headphones are sitting around my neck or in a backpack. I also have Sennheiser HD215 which I find are to large for travel.

Sound:
Bass is very important to me, I listen to Drum and Bass, Reggae, Hip Hop and Dubstep which are all bass heavy genres of music lol. I have owned Porta Pro and Beats by Dre (Phone accessory (don't judge me :P)) and I like the bass rumble that these create, even if at the expense of the mid and treble. The Sennheiser's I have I feel have good overall sound however they lack the bass I am after by a large margin.

Budget:
My budget is £100 ($163), I know you guys will want to recommend some high end items but I need to keep the costs down. I am also buying a new phone so the headphones are more of an add-on.

Thanks in advance for any advice, again bass, low sound leak and relatively portable headphones pretty much sums up what I am after.

M Audio Q40 seems to be something that would fit you. Folds down and is portable, EDM master on the cheap with plenty of bass. How much are they for you there. ES7 seems an alright option as well, the ATH M50 isn't a bad choice either. I haven't heard too many portable cans though  YMMV

Those look great, I can get them of Amazing UK for £50. I wondered if maybe I could afford a more expensive model so I searched M-Audio headphones and I came across these...Audio-Technica ATH-M50 Studio Monitor Professional Headphones - Black Coiled Cable

Does anyone know how there would compare to the Q40?

Edit:
It seems the M50 have some excellent reviews so I am going to buy them, I also like the style of them too. Thanks Schism.
