For low impedance headphones (most portable ones) I suggest this one:
Xenos 0HA
Sounds tubey at first but becomes nicely neutral after a few hours of burnin.
Bass will depend more on the headphones than the amp.
Discrete output stage really gets the job done. Grado's sound especially nice with this amp.
