Many thanks! What a coincidence I was just listening to this!
It is part of a concert the 18th that has not been cancelled so far. I still hope..

Hope it stays on. Live concerts are a rarity.
Period instrument Beethoven isn't really my thing, but I felt this one was an ear opener. (It's the fortepiano that I have issues with, for Beethoven's symphonic concerto works -- need a full modern Grand!).

I couldn't listen to this same orch's Beethoven 9th -- 1st mvt was way too fast (approx 13 mins.; Karajan 1976 was 15+ mins., glorious) and it lacked emotional depth, as did the adagio.
