Around 16 to 17 days ago, my friend ordered a pocket dock from sendstation, a day prior to mine. His was the FIREWIRE version while mine was the USB version. His arrived within a week. Ok, to be exact, I got the order confirmation of my Pocket Dock on 16th of june. Its already July now, and my pocket dock hasn't arrived!!!!!!!!!!! I emailed them the first time and they said international shipping elsewhere was 4 to 14 days and told me to be patient....Then a few days ago and yesterday, I mailed them a few more times but there was no reply or whatsoever...They totally ignored my emails....Gosh am I pissed. How in the world can a day of difference in ordering times result in my friend who lives a few blocks down the road to receive his dock within a week while here I am waiting my arse off for it....

If Sendstation sent it, it's out of their hands. Why are you emailing them?

I had some problems with the postal service earlier this year, so I know wacky things can happen (post office's fault). I had a package arrive two months later when it should have taken only a few days. Just sit tight and wait. You may want to follow up with the carrier but I'd wait another week.

I had a problem with delivery when I realized I hadn't received an order in almost a month. After all kinds of searching, it turned out that the apartment office put the wrong number on my box. Luckily, it wasn't picked up by someone else.

Gosh.....Can't blame no one? I guess the package is kinda small so maybe it got lost on the way?

Package size doesn't seem matter much when the postal service makes a mistake. I once ordered a bucket of Legos from eBay, and the seller was in California. It should have taken only 3 days but it took several weeks.

Probably the most weirdest incident was when a package was sent to me from the Midwest (if I remember correctly). I had delivery tracking available and saw that it arrived at the transfer station about 50 miles south of where I live. Great, I thought. I should get it tomorrow. Wrong. The package was sent to New Jersey, the opposite end of the country! I went to my local post office and reported the case, and I got the package a few days later.

I never had a single problem at my old address where I lived for twenty years. I moved to my current address 2.5 years ago, and I've had several shipping problems (1 FedEx, 4 or 5 USPS) during the past year.

The moral of the story? Delivery tracking is a must, and insurance is highly highly recommended.

I waited a long time for my pocket dock to. More then 3 weeks from order date. My emails to costumer support went unanswerd for days and replys always promised more then they could keep. But I got it in the end, no hiss and all.
