Pls help me chose DAC/AMP for my Hifiman HE-400!

Hello, I'm about to buy an AMP and a DAC or a combined AMP/DAC.
 
Headphones: Hifiman HE-400
 
Budget: ~800 euro
 
I'm really confused right now and pick is even harder then when I chose what headphones to buy... 

 
I like punchy, fast and airy sound. I listen to Pop, Hip-hop and different Electronic sub genres.
 
I don't care about portability, the machines will be standing on my home desktop forever.
 
Music will be played from my stationary PC only.
 
Please help me out guys, my head is about to explode!

Shouldn't this be better on the AMP forum and not the headphone one?
 
Anyway, search the HE-400 threads for the most common amps used and verify if one is available to you for audition. Don't have the HE-400s, so cannot point you to any other direction than what I previously wrote...

Keep it simple. Why spend 800EU on source when the headphone cost less than half that. Save your money.

Dont really wanna buy magni/mod cuz I dont think it will improve alot from my asus xonar essence st so rather buy something more expensive
