Could I get some help on a replacement for now falling apart daily driver Philips CitiScape Downtown SHL5605BK. 
 
Looking for something closed back and ~$80 for plugin into the laptop, listing to audio books while I work, and just throw into a bag when I'm on the go. 
 
I would also like a pair with replaceable ear pads, as I'm a little salty over having to buy new headphone purely as the ear pads have fallen apart!
