For listening to classical and pop music, could anyone rate the following AT cans from best to worst (relatively speaking)?

A1000
A100Ti
A700
A900
A9X
AD7
AD9
AD10
W100
W1000

My second question, since cable upgrade can improve sound on Senn cans, are there such cable upgrade for AT cans and Sony 3000?

I think you're only going to get answers from the techheads on thatone and they might not even have listened to more than one, if at all. I can offer up the A1000 as my current no1 but I haven't tried the W1000. I can, but I'd need someone in the UK who will definitely take them off me for minimal loss in order to justify it.

And the cables on the premium A-T's are probably good enough without having to resort to third parties. In any case there are no upgrades.

Actually I am not asking to rate them all, in fact not even more than maybe three. I just want to hear people's opinions on the popular ones. Rather than a length review, I would like to hear more on comparisons.

The only thing I learned so far is that A1000 is more energetic than W1000 therefore W1000 suits classical musics more.

There's not been a qualified claim about that. It's been speculation from non owners or people who've only tried one of the two it seems. There's only been one guy who's owned both and he seemed to think both sounded quite similar. Other reviews about the W100 vs W1000 also lead me to think the same thing, that both are quite similar.
My list, mostly based on sound:
A1000
A900
W100
A100Ti

put the Ad10 at the bottom of the barrel. don't even consider it unless you wish to work ith equalisation and possibly replacemnt cables.
