I am trying to improve the lives of our Mac community and am working with others and writing code to help, but I need to bring some issues to the attention of the DAP.
Issue 1: Astell and Kern DAPs have very flakey MTP Code. I have sent them a set of test files to reproduce the test below in their engineering lab in order to nail down and fix the transfer errors
Video1: Astell and Kern AK300 connected to OSX transferring files:
Video 2: Onkyo DP-X1 doing the exact same operation: (Android 5.1)

I have an app that can sync your library to your android based players, but the manufacturers need to step up to fix their Android Media Transfer Protocol code or it fails.
Demo of how the app works IF the android player is not broken ala Astell and Kern.
I need your help getting Astell and Kern (and others) to test their DAP transfers on OSX and look at this page. I will help!
Please have the manufacturers visit (or you can visit) my page to get more info, links, the test files etc.
