I am planning on buying the hifiman he 500 and want to use it balanced for my pono player and was wondering where to buy a good balanced cable. Also i heard the ear pads they come with aren't the best and am looking for some suggestions on some alternative pads.

I've heard good stuff about Norne cables. I'm most likely gonna invest in some myself.

Anyone have experience with surf cables? Are they good?
