I am buying a used Rega and was wondering if I needed to know anything about playing CDrs in it. Thanks.

I had no problems playing CDRs that I burned. It won't play MP3's though.

No problems here either. Loads the TOC just as fast as the originals.

Although the whole "black CDR" thing is a bust for me so far - they sound significantly duller than the originals. I'm going to try a gold Mitsui in the Rega and see what happens. I suspect an external burner would give better results.

i used plenty of cdrs in my planet when i owned it and i never had a problem. cdr's can be more fun too, since i always burn cd-text information onto each album as well, and the rega is compatible with reading it.
