Hey Guys,

I'm new so please go easy on me
smily_headphones1.gif

I've thinking of buying a pair of these PioneerSE-DIR2000C from audiocube.

My questions is this. Do you think it's worth the extra money to get the 2000C over the 800'sLink? And will i need a step down converter because i'm in the uk and we use 220v?

Many thanks

Tommy

A few points:

1. I have the 800 and I'm very happy with it.
2. The biggest difference seems to be the headphones. I plug my own into the receiver and don't use the wireless.
3. I've read some complaints where the amp for wired headphones is weaker on the 2000 than 800.
4. The 2000C has an additional optical input.
5. Both of these units can probably be found for cheaper.

This should also probably be in the Headphones forum.
