Hi all,
well, yesterday my wife's school held a school benefit flea market and I ended up picking Pioneer S-P520D Extended Bass Drive 3-Way Speaker System(40W-8 Ohm) speakers for a measly $10. It looks like it was a home theatre speaker as it came with 2 small satellite speakers (S-DV77ST).
After soldering RCA connectors to the P520D's I hooked it up to my cheap subwoofer that is plugged into the wall to drive the speakers, and now using it as my computer setup via airport express. I can't hook up the satellite speakers as no way to power them atm. The sound is not bad, and probably could be better as I suspect my cheapo subwoofer amp is pretty crap.
Anyway, my question is, is there anywhere I can get some info on these S-P520D speakers? I've been searching the net but so far no luck. I assume it might be because they are for Japan only. I also would like to know if they are considered decent speakers or not.
anyone that can help me get some info on these would be greatly appreciated.
