Im not going to lie, this is half a shameless plug, but it is also half 'I really think a lot of people here might get something out of it'.

Basically, due to the terrible health conditions of a lot the UK's youth a friend of a friend decided he wanted to do something about it.

And so pimpyourhealth was born. It is 100% free, and i think it's a great tool for people who are short of time/lazy, or simply just want to see what it might take to get fit.

So much work has gone into it, and the results of the fitness clinic are very acturate.

Im not asking for feeback, or how you think it could be better (although im sure constructive criticism wouldn't go amis) i just thought a fair few of you might enjoy it.

It isn't supposed to be all that serious, hence the laid back language (sorry if you don't understand some of the slang).


Anyways, check it out, if you want. Even if it's just to kill 5 minutes waiting for a package to turn up!

It's very nice, and has much useful and handy information. I particularly like the diet recommendations which include food shopping info.

Some folks will and most won't. I know women who drink diet colas and weigh 250 lbs. Go figure.

It is very easy to fall into that justification thinking that allows you to eat the dessert since you had the diet drink and salad for lunch . . . I've fallen prey to it myself

But this site has very specific dietary recommendations which make it difficult to cheat (and not know it)
