He didn't name the device but it looks to be an HDD-based iPod, like a 5g or Classic.

Really cool.  I like the bat.  Thanks for sharing.

Very nice rig. When you get the DT1350 could you post your thoughts on sound quality in balanced mode versus single ended.  I have been considering getting mine re-cabled to balanced so I can run with either Rx3 or Pb2 amps.

nice! where did you get that silver wire? is it stiff?

Well its not as flexible as the IE80 stock cable but its manageable and quite durable (I can roll it up and put it away neatly in my carrying case). I got it from seller zeroshoe on eBay. You can also haggle with him to get a little cheaper of a price. Its a definite improvement in sound over the stock cable.

May I know what is the line out cable you're using for your walkman?

Honestly my gf got it for me like 3 years ago.  It just happens to fit perfectly on my rig now :p

+1 for the band. Where'd you score that? I want one!

Actually, they are the black foamies that come with the MG7s now. They are more dense and provide better isolation imo.

Those are Ety foams right? I never thought to try them on other iem's. Mine are so old they've de-cored, I need new ones. Awesome player and setup! Not to mention a realistic one
