Old Skool baby, not sure if that system would have made this group new retail but used and at today's value understand why it is here. I still use my Yamaha MDX-793 in my main rig, run it through my EAD DSP7000, had made a lot of great MD's before my last 301 gave up the ghost

Indeed. I too have a minidisc deck with my main (non-computerizef) rig: Technics SJ- MD100.

I use it weekly for playback and now and then for recording from various sources, mostly from CD's but occasionally I copy some vinyls and even compact cassettes.

Sweet, does that one have optical in's or out's? In my non-computer rig

That little Fuze looks excellent, is there any drawbacks to it?

for years that I've been using it, it's much better than my clip+ in terms of sound and performance, there are a couple of times during the firmware update (rockbox) where it will get stuck and the buttons won't respond to any clicks. matching it with nx1 for a couple of days since I got it opens the sound with more detail and clarity compared to the fuze-e11 combo.

Pretty happy with my new $55 portable!  Never been good with the pics, however...

I've reverted back to a Sansa Clip Zip recently, every so often I rediscover them again thinking what the hell am I doing here on this site spending money non stop getting no-where. I have DAPs like Studio V, DX50, FiiO X1 sitting in draws atm while I use my Sansa player with T-Peos H-300. I believe this combination (which is excellent synergy) is all one really needs. I will say not every IEM pairs so well as H-300, I believe because that hybrid is overly transparent.

Okay H20. Here's what you have to do now in order to keep from spending money again: Mail me your X50 for free and I'll promise that you'll be cured from this conduct. I swear to God.
