Since I just got my new Sony MVC-FD92 digital camera I decided to take some pics. This is a big but very easy to use camera that uses both memory sticks and floppy disks. A couple of the pics I took just for fun using some special effects like B&W. I also took a pic of the LOTR Liv Tyler cover that somebody had asked about and a cover of the latest Music Direct catalog that had a good front cover.

Acid,

Tuberoller, no I still have the RA-1 but I forgot to take a pic. I can do that. I was looking maybe at the VPI HW-19 Jr turntable. I only currently own like 4 LPs. I was waiting to buy a new turntable before I start collecting more LPs. My latest LP is System of a Down - "Toxicity" which is still sealed. No I haven't been to Music Direct. I didn't know they had a listening room.

Raymondlin, yes Yahoo is free for now.

RickG, thanks.

raymondlin,

Yes Yahoo photo is free. If you already have yahoo email address (or ID) you can create it easily. Alternatively, there're many sites that offer unlimited memory space, eg.

http://www.imagestation.com , sony one

http://www.ofoto.com , Fuji or Kodak, I'm not sure.

OK, good days,

John

Hey Acid,
Did you get the January mailer from Music Direct?Inside they make mention of the listening room and invite all Chicago area buyers to stop by.I called today and they are still tweaking it.It should be open in a week or so.I promise it is the most awesome room you have seen.I have seen it in various stages of completion and know of some of the equipment going into it but the last time I saw it was a month ago.I can't wait.

Very nice, acid..........BTW, that Kimber mini-to-mini looks a helluva lot more substantial than the Straightwire that I have. Where can I get it, and how much? Thanks for the pics.

Ahhh yes. Heavy, solid, well built components...including the portable CD player. And that hand built Grado amp.....Beautiful stuff. You're a man after my own heart, Acid.

Thanks for all the responses. Joe, you can get that Kimber cable from Headroom.

Tuberoller, that room sounds like it's going to be killer. I will make it a point to go when they open it up.
