Every time I click a photo in a thread it either crashes my browser or gives me the option to 'stop the script'. It's been going on for awhile now. It's even slowed my computer to a crawl sometimes.

Safari will just slow down and crash either the computer or the browser. Firefox will give me the option to stop it before it explodes.

My other issue is with these stupid 'mouseover' video and voice ads. Mouseover and they make a noise, mouse over for more than a second and they start blaring sound at you. Please make them stop.

MorbidToaster, what OS are you using (and version) and what versions of Chrome and Firefox are you using?  Can you also link me to an image that is causing this slowing issue for you?

Destroysall, can you do the same?

Using a MacBook Pro running OSX 10.7. As for specific image I can't (on my phone atm) but I know all the recent images in the 'Show us your head-fi station' thread have done it.

Using latest version of Firefox and Safari. I'll post version numbers when I get home.

Firefox 19.0.2 on OSX 10.7.5

There's a shot of the script crash message. Safari doesn't give one, it just slows to a crawl and crashes.

A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

Script: http://ads.saymedia.com/ai017c34b791df970b017c36ffa011970b.js?rid=5151e00b42cf5d102a2e5adc0a1191b7&f=1&fv=11.6.602&ref=http%3A//www.head-fi.org/f/6551/amplification-for-sale-trade&ord=0.1820588107137352;liu=true&rid=5151e00b42cf5d102a2e5adc0a1191b7&exp=1&iframe=1:51

From what I remember started happening like 2 weeks ago.

Now it's acting even more interesting. Almost every time when you navigate through pages in For Sale section Firefox just hangs.

Anything that can be done about that, each time I click on page 2 Firefox just hangs, the only way to browse there is by disabling JavaScript completely.
