Phillips SHP9600

So basically the 9500 sibilance is still there in the 9600s, from the same/similar driver, but is now just more masked (damped), according to Joshua Valour's review. Also according to the same review/opionion: the bass is still not there in terms of quantity and 9500 is still the better 3D competitive gaming headphone. Improved, but not quite there (sibilance, lack of brilliance, lack of bass quantity) and too high price (cf. 9500).

Can anyone comment on whether the SHP9600 or the X2HR has better (more extended, impactful...etc...) bass?
I got the two over the past couple of weeks, and bass is definitely more present in the SHP9600. To me SHP9600 sounded like it had a bump in the mid/upper bass region compared to the X2HR. The SHP9600 has a more pronounced V-shaped sound then X2HR, which sounded more neutral in comparison. Overall I slightly preferred the X2HR's sound, but I had to return it because I found it too uncomfortable for my big head.
