Hello, I would like some help to get a new headphone, I would like something under 150 dollars, not having to use an amp is a plus as well.
I used to love bass but some time with the SHP changed how I listen to music. I like the signature of it, I just use the EQ to bring the bass up a little, tame the treble and make fill some gaps. So something in this signature but more refined would be cool.
Another path would be a sidegrade with something more bassy or closed to complement the SHP (looking at you Takstar pro 82). So I'm open for suggestions, I don't need to buy anything right now but I plan maybe when black friday comes.
I have 3 headphones in mind for now: ATH-AD900X and AKG 612 as upgrades and the Takstar pro 82 as a sidegrade
And yes, I know the 612 would love and amp, that's why I have some reservations with it
