I saw the Shure's for sale at my local futureshop and was thinking of upgrading. I have the Philips SHP895 right now. I've don't think the store will let me give them a test drive so I'm relying on peer reviews. Is there a noteable difference between the two?

I will mostly be using them through my laptops integrated audio but also through the the Behringer Ultramatch Pro in my sig.

Thanks.

Futureshop has a no hassle return policy. Buy them and do a direct comparison and return them if you don't like them. BTW I don't see these on sale in my flier, what price are they selling them at?

I got a few giftcards for Christmas so I was cruising their site yesterday and saw them. They are 99$ with an instant reduction for 20 dollars.

Looks like I might get them now if they have a no hassle return.

I know for sure they do at the stores themselves and I suspect you could return them to a store if you bought them online. Thats a heck of a good price for the Shure 440 in Canada.
