[Headphones and Coffee]

This was a great Headphone when you could get them at the sub $80 price but now I've seen them almost two hundred dollars. Being a former owner of these I loved them as a nice starter pair of cans and wanted them back in my collection but I can't justify paying out that much when there is a large selection of good entry level headphones under $200.. Just wanted opinions on this, the headphones and has anyone seen them new for a better price?

I had it new for $50 from newegg a year ago. 9500 definitely does not worth 200 bucks, $100 max.

They are currently overpriced...the new ones dried up and the various companies are trying to take advantage of having the remaining stock.
I think they might come back at a reasonable price, but at the moment .....
I'll put it this way, they SOUND as good as most $150-200 headphones...but they aren't BUILT as nice as a headphone of that price. At the current price there are a ton of better options....if they come back for $100 or less, (maybe with better pads?) then they are a great buy again.

The current price is just untenable. You could get an HP200 or an HD598SR for that kind of cash and be very pleased.
