  Will search for these dacs
thank you <3

Check out the iFi Micro DSD as well. It is a great sounding AMP/DAC and is good for something with low sensitivity and the power hungry. This is something that can grow with what ever you buy. I just bought it and it sounds better then anything Ive heard so far, including the much loved Chord Mojo.

ifi looks Amazing ! thank you

I have a soundblaster e5 and its a great portable option to have. While it has a high impedence setting, Im not sure it has enough oomph to do a 250 ohm headset justice. Have you spoke to anyone else with that set-up? I would recommend doing more research before spending on that particular combination.

I honestly dont know!  The e5 may be more than enough to drive the dt990.  Are you able to demo any gear?  Even an hour or two travel to demo can save you piece of mind in the long run.

i was have dt990 and e5
But there was e5 Manufacturers defect
I have returned to amazon & I've sold the dt990

I would definitely go for the X2s, and then find a proper DAC around $100-150. But that is just my opinion.

I know mate.
I recently bought Mojo, bought and sold iBasso DX80 and HE-400s.
This hobby just always makes you stretch a little bit further than your wallet likes.

I can't give you 100% objective advice, but I would choose X2s over DT990s any day. Bass is better and more fun, treble is tamed. True quality Hi-Fi experience for me, with a slight bass emphasis.
I prefer X2s over HD600s and HE400s, because listening to music is just more fun with them. I consider it a good deal.
But you do need a proper DAC with them, as out of phone or laptop they sound V shaped, muddy and not clear enough.
My 2 cents.
