A while ago I dropped my phiaton ms 400 to the floor, and the left earcup was broken. That sucks bigtime of course, especially because it is not covered by the warranty. Regardless I contacted Phiaton to ask how much it would cost to repair the headphone. Guess what, they offered to repair it for free! I only had to pay shipping from the Netherlands to Korea. Two weeks ago I got it back, and they didn't just repair it, they sent me a whole new headphone alltogether! Even though it was not covered by the warranty. I even said that I dropped it. Phiaton customer service is awesome!

I have quite a few of Phiaton's products and they are really great! Audio quality and build quality. If I'm spending money on Monster Studio headphones, I'd rather spend them on Phiatons. Looks better, sounds better...no question about it.
