Hello, I'm interested in purchasing a Pelican 1200, 1300 or 1400 Case but not sure which one would fit my audio equipment. I have an IPod Classic stacked with a Sony PHA-1A, Beyerdynamic DT-770 and a few cables. So anyone who has used any of these cases please let me know which one would work well with my setup. Thanks!

Hi,
I am too looking for a Pelican case, but only to carry my AK120ii/Oppo HA-2 and some earbuds and cables.  I didn't see anybody answer your question - how rude!
Here's the link...the Protector and Storm cases are very solid.  I have a pelican case that came with my LCD-X headphones.  It's quite large but really protects the HP's.  I see you want to carry your DT-770.  The foam inside is scored so you can just pluck it out for the size opening you need.

Thank you, I think that a 1030 will do the trick.

OK well that case may be a bit small to carry the DT-770 headphones.

I just purchased a Pelican 1200 to carry my AK120/Oppo mobile rig + chargers + earbuds.  The internal dimensions are:  9.25" x 7.12" x 4.12."  The AK/Oppo rig needs about 6.75" so it can sit the short way, leaving another space of about 5" x 9" to carve out for cables etc.  My plan is to use this case for travel and, when at home, storage of the equipment.

Will try to post pictures if I have time before my next trip.

Cheers -

Mojo thread was talking about various sizes. 1040, 1050, 1060 can easily fit two daps and iem.

The finished product in a Pelican 1200 case.  The case is a bit big, but fits in my backpack so OK for travel.

Great thread! I was thinking this very same thing this week and was also looking at the Peli 1200. Thanks for the pictures.

I have a Pelican 1120. A Pelican 1150 will hold what is in my case, portable charger and wall charger with cables.

I have a QP1R and JH Angie II in my case with cables.

I know this is an old post, but this seems like exactly what I'm wanting to do. Does the foam scratch the screen of the DAP at all when it is put in like that?

I have not noticed any scratches.

Does anyone have the Peli 1060 case with the padding, and with cutouts for the wm1z and ier-z1r? Any pictures?
