PayPal Class Action Settlement

Any comments on this? I recently received my e-mail from PayPal regarding this issue. I was also curious if anyone was going to make a claim regarding PayPal's electronic withdrawal system. As I haven't had any trouble with PayPal in the past, is there any reason anyone can see why I should remove myself from this class action settlement? I suppose I could still file a claim for the statutory settlement ($1,000,000 to be split amongst all claims made), but I wonder if it'll be worth it.

I thought it of particular interest that the lawyers were taking about 30% of the roughly 9 million dollars being given to the customers that PayPal screwed.

i filed a claim also

they had been okay for me for about 30 transaction..but once i ran into fraud, they were too laggardly in care and response. i actually took care of it myself (had to remove bank account info, halt credit card charges, etc)..
