For those of you in the Chicago area Patricia Barber will be at the Green Mill tonight at 9:00PM. Cover is just $5 at the door. I will be there for sure.

Well, the Patricia Barber show was good. This is the first time I've been to the Green Mill and can say it is a hole in the wall. It has enough seating for maybe 100 people. The only people I had issue with were the Yuppies from the burbs. They really think they own every place they go. There were a lot of lesbians there too. Some of those broads could kick my butt!

The music was great but I didn't care for the sound. The sound guy they had looked like a 15 year old nerd kid. It was just too soft for my liking. They could have turned it up a couple more notches. Patricia is definitely a fantastic piano player. She played like nobody I've heard/seen before. Anybody that has a chance should defintely go catch her show.
