Hey guys I’m looking for a particular type of dap. What I want is very small form factor/thin size, I want it capable of 2tb storage preferably with 2 micro sd card slots, I would like it to have descent speed processor and ram, I would like it to play as many audio file types as possible and be compatible with windows for easy file transferring. I’m not too concerned about sound quality but the best possible is ideal. I also prefer a low cost option nothing too fancy. Let me get some recs if you guys have any! Thanks so much

I’ve narrowed it down to the Sony a55, Sony a306 and that astell kern Activo ct15. The ct15 is about $112, the a55 is around the same prepwned, and the a306 is about $200-220 preowned. Having a hard time choosing. I like all the sound modifications available on the 2 sony sets, I like the a55 but I only wish it had usbc and ability to search songs by name which the a306 has both. The ct15 is microusb which is ok and I think it would be interesting to try an astell and kern set as I’ve not heard them. What would you guys do in my situation ?
Activo is not very popular, so in case you'll have some questions it will be quite difficult to obtain an answer.

But there is a free Mr Walkman mod that unlocks 4 different tunings (bright to neutral to warm), and this also improves battery life to 32 hours+, with unlocking of volume cap etc.

I read about that- that’s actually a big part of why I consider a55. Plus I don’t like android os lol so that discourages me from 306. But I wish 55 had usbc
That one looks good too! I just was thinking that astell kern ct15 looked about the same as that, but only $112 on Ali express the hiby a little bit more but not much. The Sony looks good bc it has all the sound modification options.
Another reason the hiby slightly less interests me is it uses the Sabre 9219 dacc, which while excellent I already have a Qudelix 5k using the same exact dac
I think my best bet is going to be that astell kern and an a55. Price wise I can get both for about the same as a306. And I don’t need usb c *that* bad. And then I can decide what I like best.
