It "not recommended" not because it takes away from the potency of the drug, it's because it makes the effects of the alcohol "feel stronger". Use at own risk (read as take 2 Tylenol #3 and have no more than 2 drinks)

tell me about it .. last night i was at Wala Wala (a pub) headbanging to RATM and woke up with a terrible hangover today.

pop 2 pills and 10mins later, i was on my way to work.

I found Duggeh's pic in a Google image search for "headphones two thumbs up". He only had one thumb up, and frankly, Paracetamol is more awesome than Duggeh's one thumb. So I Doubled Duggeh to make up for it...
