Hello I'm new to Head-Fi, and I am here looking for some recommendations.  On my hunt for looking to upgrade my basic audio system to something more enjoyable, for both music and casual listening. I've done some research and found a system I can see working for me, as long as it doesn't have any compatibility issues that is.

The components that will be used are as follows:

Schiit Jontunheim DAC/AMP With Passive Phono option (Hoping for Turntable usage)
STAX Earspeakers + Energizer (connectable to either Jontunheim DAC or Phono)

I haven't yet chosen a headphone to use for casual use with the Jontunheim but perhaps Senheisers HD 598's.. or step up to 600's.
What my goal is with this system is to be able to switch between either STAX or Senheisers and Computer Audio or Turntable.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
Thank you.

I've read mixed reviews on the HD 650's and they're not out of the picture. However I'm more concerned about any compatibility issues between all the hardware I listed in my previous post. For example here's some of the combinations I'm just not sure if they're all possible or I might just need a switch box

Turntable > Jontunheim > Stax Energizer > Stax
PC > Jontunheim > Stax Energizer > Stax

Of course I'd also use the Jontunheim 1/4" Output too but I just wonder if those above combinations even make sense.
