Pads on portable headphones?

Hi!

I'd like to know how often do you change your foam earpads, for example on Koss KSC35/75/Sporta/Porta Pro line or the Sennheiser PX100. I'm asking this because I'm wearing them twice a day, for 3 years now and I'm on my 1sy set of foams on the KSC35. They are a bit greyish now, but still holding it's shape and they have no odour. Now I'm proud owner of the PX100 and just want to know if I should order some spares.

Most PX100 owners I know who bought theirs when it came out I think 2 years ago, have their pads crumbling. My PX200's pleather has come apart during the same time period.
