With so many conflicting reviews, I can't make my mind up!

I am looking for a set of cans that are comfortable (extremely- I have big ears) and portable (like the Beats solo- folding design sort of thing).

I listen to RnB, Pop, Hip hop, a little rock and a little dubstep. I use a 3rd gen ipod touch, and am looking for some cans that sound absolutely amazing and have amazing bass.

Thanks.

Just another thing, I also need some help for some in ear headphones! I have no replies to my post in the in ear section, so I think I might as well try here!

Looking for in ears that:

1) Have amazing sound quality.

2) Very deep "boomy" but defined bass.

3) Look good but not flashy.

4) Have one of those flat cords that are really hard to tangle.

5) Are robust and durable.

6) Price limit: less than £20 (need the money for the cans!)

Many thanks to all!

For your over the ear headphones I would suggest Denon D1001 if you can find them used. My grandfather has them and they have tight punchy bass. It was slightly too much for me, but then again I'm not a bass head. They did sound clear though. My iPod easily powered these though I did not try them with an amp to check for any possible improvement. I recommend these used because the D1100 took their place. I haven't tried the D1100, but I've heard the bass is too much, but considering you want a lot of bass, they may be good for you. A friend of mine who is mostly into hip-hop likes them, take that as you will.

As for IEMs it's hard to pick a cheap pair, but the JVC Marshmallows aren't completely terrible for the price.
