I am looking to improve my listening experience. I need a set of headphones, maybe a headset that would be great for gaming, music - mostly EDM and just general usage (youtube, movies). I am far from an audiophile, but i can share some experiences with headphones i've had.
I have never tried any high-end headphones. All i've had are some cheap Philips SHP-2000 and those broke, i'm currently on SHL3000 on-ears. I've tried my brothers' Logitech G230 gaming headset - i know that these are considered ****, but i actually liked how music sounded - i loved the deep house bass in my ears. Though the bass is what kills me about them when gaming - grenades in cs:go are overpowering footsteps which is a nono for me.
I am currently looking at Sennheiser HD419 (55eur), HD429(70 EUR), HD439 (80 eur) and HD449 (90 EUR).
I'm not even looking into at over 100 eur headphones and i'd like not to exceed 80 eur, but if it's worth it i'd go to a 100.
Basically what i am looking for are bass heavy headphones, but i need to be able to hear footsteps in cs:go too, I am NOT a purist. Please recommend me some bassy headphones/headsets that can also be good at gaming. (please check availability and pricing for my country at http://www.salidzini.lv - use google translate maybe) :)

Thanks in advance,
mono

Takstar Pro80 will give you the best sound quality under 100EUR IMO.

Headset versions of the Pro80( for gaming):

Or you can buy the Pro80+ add an external mic.
The Pro80 has good bass quality and quantity. If you are an ultimate basshead,i guess the HD6000 is the way to go. Compared to the Pro80 the HD6000 has recessed mids.

You'll be able to run them, but probably not at their full potential, if your motherboard doesn't have a built-in amplifier. Nowadays  Asus ,Asrock, Biostar, Gigabyte, Msi make motherboards with built-in amplifier. But IMO they still cant't beat the sound of the Xonar DG/DGX.
If you want to try something "very new":Creative Sound Blaster E1

Thanks for your recommendation. I don't think my motherboard has a built in AMP so i'll probably get the Asus DGX later on
