over ear headphones for mp3 player

i dont want in ears. just dont like the sound. on ears are kinda fidgity. i just feel that they will fall off any moment. budget is 90 bucks shipped. i PREFER open air but i wouldnt mind closed. i need a pair for walking around school and to and from class. noise isolation would be a plus but not a requirement. i tried on the sr 60s. liked em but it kept feeling as if they were loose. detail and sound quality is not THAT important. i wont be getting a headphone amp. so need to be driven just by the mp3 players.

edit - i dont mind on ears as much as it might have come across.

I bought the ES7s for the same reasons you are looking for over ears

I would say consider some ES7's

Look out for a used ATH-EW9 - superb phones which meet nearly all your requirements stated here - except price.

those things cost more than hd 595s!!! if i had to spend that much money i would get nothing else but the 595s. but i will look for used pairs. thanks for the suggestions guys. any others?
