Beautiful setup.

Also, if your budget can stretch to it, try the BL-A8 for better technicalities and tighter bass (I haven't heard the 05s, so not sure how it compares in that respect).
Yeah I’m tossing up getting either A8 or the new Moondrop Aria… Either way, I want to upgrade my 05s. I can’t deal with that hideous green shell for much longer 🤣

Yeah, that colour is an acquired taste! Certainly doesn't do the Orpheus justice .

Let me know how you get on.

CP155 were my fave, CP145 aren't bad but I don't remember liking them as much.

I'd consider the A8 just for the shell but once you cable roll it actually becomes quite 'expensive'. Part of the charm of the 03 is its peasant kingslayer appeal. It also happens to be the most comfortable IEM I own.
True, but the cable and tips are truly hideous. Any ergonomically pleasant cable with better tips is going to cost more than the price of the BL-03.

Indeed yes. Also part of its charm. Thankfully that's not an issue with the Bird. See what the extra $6570 buys you!

So have we all settled on our favourite tips for the Bird. I’m hoping either cp145 or 155s do the trick.
I think I’m in the minority, but I landed on the Xelastec and actually went up to the S from the SS I’m used to using. Super comfortable for me.
