Hello, I own the following:
 
Hifiman HE-400 home with the e17, (Audio Technica ATH-AD700 for gaming + e17, and AKG K550 at work)
Fiio e17 Alpen
 
I find the Fiio e17 to be a bit cumbersome with the USB power plugged in, and if possible wouldn't mind a boost either.
 
Does anyone know if the newer Fiio K5 works with the original e17? Or..to a lesser extent, the Fiio D1 ?
 
I cannot find the e09k for sale anywhere in Canada anymore. Thanks for any advice.
