Hello,
After saving enough, I am finally ready to buy a decent headphone with amp.

I am buying : Sennheiser HD650 with Audioengine D1 DAC.

Just wanted to make sure, if the combo is good enough.
I will probably stick with headphones, but I am open to change amp if you guys can suggest better one.

Thanks.

Where are you coming from as far as gear is concerned? The only way to determine whether something is good enough is your sound preferences and your budget.

The HD 650's are basically a warm-sounding HD 600, from what I've heard (I own the HD 600's but not the 650's anymore). So, if you prefer warm go with the HD 650's, otherwise for neutral sound go for the HD 600's. The HD 600's should be a bit cheaper, too.

Well, I am currently using Beyerdynamic DT 770Pro 32 Ohms (Mobile Version), and that's what I have.
I never used HD 6 series, but after so promising feedback from everyone, looks like 650 is a great choice. I am more into HipHop and Classical.

Do you want to suggest me something? And what about your thoughts on Audioengine D1.

I can't really give any thoughts on the D1, as I haven't heard it and have only heard of them just now. But there are alternatives like the Fiio E10k and the Schiit Fulla that are probably more popular around the community here. I can say that the E10k is a bit lacking in detail and is somewhat sterile compared to (much) more expensive equipment, but that might be the nature of most equipment in that price range. Music for me is still perfectly enjoyable through the E10k, and it'll have plenty of power for either the 600's or 650's.

I think the 600's are great but they are lacking in attack and dynamics compared to the T90's I own, which is the most fun part to classical for me. If you like the DT 770 pros' you'll probably love the T90's. The T90's are relatively old headphones now and Beyer has come out with successors, so so long as they share the same house sound and the headphones aren't duds, they should be good.

Resonessence labs makes some really nice high-end DACs. Pro reviewers commonly use the mirus as a top-end DAC. They're a well-respected company I believe.

I'd be more inclined to not rush by spending on the D1 now and save up for something else later.
