ordering from Par-Metal?

how have you guys gone about ordering from par-metal? ive emailed the email listed on the ordering page twice over the last 2 weeks but have heard nothing. im wanting to order 2 enclosures, 1 for my sigma22 and one for my b22. im looking for something in a black anodized aluminum look, and im not specific to par-metal if someone can suggest another good option. i need something that can be shipped to Canada, and preferably not from overseas, to avoid insane shipping costs! let me know if you guys know of anything i should check out

I've not ordered anything directly from them, but as other members have indicated, they don't really respond to email very well. It's better to just call them directly. Hope this helps.

hmm..thats kind of what i assumed

. i far prefer dealing with stuff like this via email, and find it a little silly that a COMPANY finds it so hard to check the ONE email linked to them...especially if its order related stuff...i might understand if it was like..a complaint line or something! just seems kind of crazy! anyways...guess calling em is what ill do. feel free to suggest any other sources for similar enclosures if u know of any though

Search the forum. You can buy from them on eBay at better prices, and they ship pretty quickly then too.

hmm. ok i think i managed to find their "ebay store". it only has about 4 enclosures available though and all in gray and not the sizes i want. Are there any good alternatives i should checkout that you guys have had success with? like i said earlier, just looking for some basic black anodized aluminum enclosures for my b22 and s22...something that looks reasonably nice...

Definitely phone them. I've ordered twice from them over the phone. They're very helpful and shipping's pretty quick. Since you're in Vancouver (gotta love our weather right now!), it would be best if you shipped to Point Roberts and picked it up. Otherwise, it'll cost you a fortune since they use UPS for shipping.

They shipped the item to me via USPS. Just ask them to do it, and I'm pretty sure they will. It will take longer, but that's not a big deal.

odd... they've always responded fast to my emails. black anodize costs about $15 over the regular price.

BUT LOOKS about 15X better IMHO...i guess im a "black" guy! k that didnt come out QUIIIIte right...lol! COTDT sounds like ur a VERY lucky guy then because ive seen about a million posts in these forums about how horrible they are at replying to emails! good to know they "MIGHT" reply though...
