Ops -- have access to records?

Hi,

I donated to Head-Fi about a week and a half ago (CC was charged on the 3rd), and I'm going nuts with my PM box filling up too fast... I'd hoped I could get the increase fairly soon to help with this problem.

I know Jude is an extraordinarily busy man... are there any other ops who can check the records, bump up my PM box, and maybe add the 'contributor' icon by my name? The latter is the least important and there's no rush, I just need that extra PM box space pretty bad. It's a record of my Head-Fi experiences and I hate deleting stuff I'd prefer to keep.

Thanks in advance! (if not, I'll wait on Jude to clear though whatever he needs to in order to get to me later).

Check your message tracking and your sent items folder. Both will count against your total PM limit. However, it simply may be that jude has not had the chance to make the necessary changes as you suspect.

Do you know you can save the messages? its at the bottom. I'm sure its not the same as seeing them here, but its better than deleting.

I thought message tracking didn't count towards the total PM limit. at least it doesn't for me.

So only Jude can make the changes? OK... I'll wait. I sent him a PM on 4/25 that's still unread, according to the message confirmation system. Fifteen days seems like a long time, but will give it another two weeks.
