Hello I Am About Purchase Philips EXP7361 CD/Mp3 Player tomorrow Mornin. because it was recomended to me. I Would Like To Know if this is the best choice? Also what would be the best choice for earphones/headphones.would that be e5? e5c? or something different? or head phones that fit over my ears? the music i listen to is rap, rnb, and funk music 90% of the time so i need something awesome that suits well with that sort of music.

Rap As in Westcoast Gfunk
RNB As in Teddy Riley Blackstreet early to mid 90s type stuff
Funk like early 80s Gap Band, Teena Marie, Zapp & Roger Etc.

Comfort is not that big of an issue I get used to stuff and my ears dont hurt easily. I Will Also be purchasing an amp but im not sure what would be best for that either..

Thank You So Much

Looks hot, thats for sure and the inbuilt radio is pretty cool. I don't have it though, just saw it awhile back. I don't know much about CD/Mp3 players but I use to have one and it was awful because it always use to skip. I hear the iRiver ones are really good, you might want to have a look at them.

May I ask why you want a CD/Mp3 instead of a HDD or flash based MP3?

I've got the 3361/17 (I assume an earlier model) and IMO sound quality is quite good... build quality is decent... it's a very solid player, for its type. I would buy Philips again.
