I don't know if FiiO would rule this one out, but if it were me, I would probably not want to produce shirts that have an unoriginal design on them.
 
Edit: Also, sorry to say, but J is just incredibly poorly designed. It's like they took a splatter resource and just copy and pasted it on the shirt, put the logo and some text on, and submitted it. :/
 
D probably is the best. A couple others like K are pretty good as well, but I can only pick one.
 
Also, a lot of these are either pretty damn ugly or just brush spamming.... This includes C, which.
 
I would recommend you ask for some admins to check the IPs of the voters to make sure they're not just making multiple accounts and voting for themselves, as there are many other entries that are much more creative/better than C in my opinion.... that is, I wouldn't necessarily wear that myself in public. Also, $1000 isn't just something you can give away to someone who cheats in a competition without a care.

I think they made a little mistake... they posted designs that weren't selected
