Simple question, Which is better?
Both are priced within 3 dollars of each other 
Priority qualities for me would be noise isolation, and a competent enough bass (Not beats amounts required) but i like abit of base.
Really darn confusing because both are damn good looking in their own respective ways so pretty confused here, Help me!
 
Edit. I was looking at the Audio technica ATH-M40Xs too, are they contenders too?

The HF300 is easily the better sounding headphones but the crossfade has the better build quality. The HF300 also win in the isolation department, but the HF300's cable connectors sucks. I don't see it lasting long at all, especially if you keep unplugging it.
 
You should look into the creative aurvana live 2.
