Ah, the dreaded sensitivity of Earwerkz/Empire CIEMs...for what it's worth, DP-X1 is silent with my Supra 2s which mercilessly reveal hiss in a huge variety of sources.

I'm using the DP-X1 with my Omegas and it is dead quiet. I don't think you need to worry there!

Depends whether or not you pay for fast shipping. With fast shipping mine left Japan today, two days after ordering. Had I not done so it might have been three weeks.

Customs is the weak point
 

Mine arrived at the Belgian customs on the 7th. (12K Yen declared value). Only today was it released and moved over to Bpost with COD. I reckon I'll get it by Thursday.

 
It's been at custom a full day now, hope it will be released to day, I should get it by end of week unless something goes wrong...

In SE mode, playing normal MP3, I am getting 18 - 19 hours. When it comes to DSF 5.6 Mhz files, this drops to 11 - 12 hours. 
In balanced mode, playing normal MP3 without ACG, I am getting 12 - 13 hours. Have not tried ACG mode yet but would be shorter than this duration.

Mine clocked 12 hrs on balanced with mostly flac with few albums 24/96 and DSD

Extra clarification, fast shipping implies PriceJapan buys retail (instead of wholesale when it's regular shipping) where it's available which means it depends if local stores have them or not.
 
They seem to be on top of their game, so I'd say if Fast Shipping is on the shopping page it's because they know they can find it.
It might not be always the case though. Keep that in mind.
