I have 2 earbud, Sen cx 300 and cx 550. but both of those have the same problem. The right side is sound lounder and more fantastic than the left.
It doesn't happen with my 10 buck headphone.
The right side sound float, loud, and clear. The left sound soft, deep.
And the right is have more bass.
I am sure that my hearing is fine. I swop, using my right ear to hear the left earbud, it still sound lower than the right side of earbud.
Anyone know the software to test How much DB is it?

How long have they been used? I think they're dynamic, so you shouldn't call them defective until they've seen 50 or so hours.
