There's something I've been wondering for a while - what's the consensus on this board about posting links to ebay auctions? On some other boards I'm on this is very much frowned upon, while on others people just get really p****d...

I feel there is no need to post ebay auctions. If you want either of these phones, you should have searched ebay, for/sale forums, and other stores on YOUR OWN. Posting links just drives up the prices.

Exception are very rare items that people do not normally look fore.

I really believe posts like these belong in the gear for sale forum, not on the headphone discussion forum. The links are only necessary here when someone asks where to buy them after asking about the headphone itself.
