Those grades are with a Ibasso TI,without that amp take 1 point to 2 points off each.Senn's drop by two points un-amped,AKG's lose 1 point as do the Beyer's.I will regrade them,after I take delivery of my RSA Tomahawk.

I dont like the Sony's that much,but then they were given to me NIB for a debt that was owed me.

This coming from your average entry level low budget audiophile want-a-be that won't spend more that $60.

I have bought all of these over the last 2 months:

9 - Grado SR60 (keeping! Simple put a smile on my face every time) $57
7 - Koss KSC-75 (keeping! They rock for $17)
3 - Sennheiser pmx200 (going to sell on ebay)
1 - Sennheiser cx300 from china for $0.99 (fakes or rejects mids and high are very muffled)
1 - Philips (full covering over the ear, from target for $20. Don't remember model #) Returned cause they sucked so bad.

E4C's my first REAL headphones, I would give them a 10 but that is relative to what I have listened to, they match my ears pretty perfectly though, they are comfy, and have a perfect sound signature for me. I really enjoy them, the detail is outstanding.
