I know that the UK = the ripoffland for anything audio but honestly....

I had those for a while but it was **** because I couldn't afford speakers. Sold them and got speakers and the improvement was huge.

Yeah, cables can be quite expensive.
There are even more expensive cables than that one out there as well...

high end cables are typically hand made on order, and with their high profit margins, so i don't think they care about the quantity that they sell

I don't know much about cables but mine are BJC and I've had no problem with them. They are affordable and of HQ from what I heard.
Monster cable tried to sue them for patenting infringement, but the owner turned them off.

Yes, I remember reading that thread. The owner I believe had some legal background, and really shut down Monster big time.

That Audioquest cable really is exorbitantly priced...I'll stick with BJC...

I totally agree. Insanity is everywhere my friend. Stick with honest HQ affordable cables: Blue Jeans Cable -- Broadcast-Quality Cables at Reasonable Prices

I emailed Wayne at BJC regarding power cables and he said they are not worth it. I've seen some being sold for 10000$.
