They sell viablue plugs at Yau Shing Electronics @ G/F 196 Apliu Street inside shop (not street side stall )

Also at Wing Shing @ G/F 174, they have a second shop too at the far end close to Dragon Centre ...

Yes, they do but they can be quite pricey depending what you look for... I ended up buying the parts and making the cables myself...
