UK Chord Hugo2 Tour

I don't think anyone really needs an introduction to the Hugo2, but here's a brief summary:

The legend, remastered. The world’s most advanced transportable DAC/Headphone Amp has undergone a drastic redesign - Welcome to Hugo 2.

Beginning with 26,000 taps back in 2013 with the original Hugo, Hugo 2 now has an incredible 49,152 and uses techniques developed over the past four years to deliver a stunningly clear audio performance, such has never been heard from a mobile DAC/Headphone Amp before.

Hugo doesn’t just deliver better performance and measurements, it’s got all new casework developed by Chief Designer - John Franks, increases PCM support to 768kHz and adds up to DSD512 (Octa-DSD) native playback, now includes four filter options, remote control functionality, increased Bluetooth range, and sports Micro USB charging.

UK Tour Details

I've been fortunate enough to have been selected by Chord to organize the UK tour for the Hugo2. The tour unit(s) will likely not arrive until mid to late March but I wanted to gather interest before hand. Hopefully we'll have enough people signed on by then. Again, I'm not exactly sure if the tour units will be available in March but I thought it would be good to start gathering applicants.

5. Each selected tour member will have 10 days with the Hugo2 (may be increased depending on the interest level).
6. When you received the unit you must notify this thread.

Reserve me please:

1. London
2. No reviews but have extensive experience writing documentation and I am sure my review will be of interest. I do not have many posts (as I see limited value to ask something I can figure out myself by searching the web, or read answers in other posts). I however think I am  one of the few who have read all Hugo/ Dave / Hugo 2 posts so I am very experienced Head-fier in terms of Chord DAC products!
3. Current: Chord Hugo fed by either Cyrus CDT Signature CD Transport, or my Synology NAS (direct via USB), or by my Fiio X3 2nd gen DAP. Sugden A21 SE amp, PMC FB1i speakers, AKG K550, Shure SE425 and many other IEMs. Previous: Chord DAC64, Krell S-350a CD player + many other DACs, Michell Orbe SE etc etc
4. Primarily will review as Desktop DAC vs current Hugo and past DACs, with my PMC FB1i speaker set-up, but also with AKG K550, Shure SE425 Headphones
5. I agree to review and to sign appropriate Chord documentation

I have pre-ordered the Hugo2 already (on the first day of announcement, from AudioSanctuary), but I am very keen to take part in this Tour as well as I suspect my Hugo2 may arrive later due to a lot of demand!

Thanks for "signing up" to the tour.

I have been in contact with Chord and we may have a Hugo2 to try out shortly after Canjam in Singapore ends :D

More to follow.

How many people are going to be in the tour?

I'm definitely interested, but don't want to deprive others if numbers / time unit can be away from HQ is limited.

Sorry I'm possibly late to the party?

I'm same as Duncan here, would love to do a review on this as enjoyed doing the TT review a couple of years ago and owned the Hugo until recently which I sold with original release date in mind but now sidetracked with other commitments so cannot buy it for a while anyway so would love to review and demo it but at same time do not want to deprive others if time is precious and there are more than enough interested.

Class me as a back up driver unless you have room on this bus to still go for a tour! ; )
