I'm sorry I missed that meet in August. I would have loved to have heard the Dharma among others. Did anyone in the Chicago area ever end up buying a pair? I've been looking for a place that carries them but no luck so far. If anyone does and is interested in an informal meet, I don't have anything much new or fancy beyond my LCD-2 v.2 which I'm considering selling, and Meier Audio Corda Classic & DAC combo, but I can provide music and good beer.

I was thinking of proposing something similar, but live in the west burbs (Bartlett) so wasn't sure if people would want to make the trip.  Smaller gathering, listen to some music and have a few brews.

ok guys, I've slacked off here.  looking at the calendar, in the next few weeks.  Is Jan 30th too soon to throw a western springs meet?  maybe Feb 6th?  Not sure if they are available, but I'll check that when we have some responses.  Hurry!!  who can come??

I am off work both days and my calendar is currently clear as well, so either would work for me. Just need to know a bit in advance to see if I can swap my Sunday at the office.
 

  Any news on a meet any time soon? I'm willing to drive down from MN if something pops off. The Chicago meet always seems to have a lot more esoteric gear than the others, and it will definitely be worth the trip.
