odd problem w/ ksc35

Hi all
i recently bought a pair of new ksc35s from ebay. Upon arrival, not only was the foam pad falling apart but my main concern was that THERE WAS NO BASS from the left ear piece at all!!

this was obvious upon comparing of both sides and persisted no matter which player i tried... has anybody encountered this before? I've opened up both enclosures and nothing seems to be stuck on the diaphrams, nor were there any dents etc.
Furthermore, i'm in Australia so it will be a bit of a hassle to get 'em replaced. I've left them playin, hopin that the problem will go away with burn-in....
grrrr... just when i was feelin happy about scorin a pair of ksc35s.....

Since there are no visible dents, my guess is you have a faulty driver. Sorry, man.

Hope that burn-in works some magic for ya, though...

that's wut i fear... grrr... shoulda gone w/ ksc-75 for less $....
